Jeep full on conversion
This old Jeep had things done the wrong way round, It had a Turbo Diesel engine fitted then found it had no brakes, and when you did brake it threw the jeep across the other side of the high way
Can you fix it because no one else can ? yes we can disc conversion here we come
I race cars , driving this at 40 miles per hour scared me more than my race car at full speed. In fairness to the owner he spent the money and now it drives like a jeep should.
The rear brakes we kept as drum brakes there are no new parts for this Jeep so we put the cylinder out of a Toyota and the shoes out of a pick up truck looks like they were made to be there after this we now had rear brakes but they were very poor. After we bled them we found out why.
This was also out of its brain and fell apart as we removed it so I think the replacment part was also Toyota to try and keep it original looking this was as close as I could find. The new one was a little larger than the old one , so we bled them again and guess what
Come on god there is nothing left that is old everything we put on was brand new. The rear brakes were now perfect, so all that was left to do was just take the drum brakes off the front fit disc brakes and callipers then pray she is good. Ill tell the truth I forgot to take the photos and so this is all I have. I was so pleased to get it all finished that the owner was screaming for his truck back. I would have liked a few more days on it but there you go
The new front discs were massive off a 4×4 Toyota pick up. There was a few other jobs we did on this as well to make it go round corners a little better but I can say with hand on hart the owner was more than happy with the job we did for him. There was not a single split pin in this car how someone never died in it ill never know .
If you feel you would like us to put your car back on the straight and narrow just drop us an e-mail or give us a telephone call. We can do all kinds of conversions even build you a kit car, or race car from scratch. We have been in Pattaya for many years and have many repeat customers
Honda H engine swap
I have a very old 4 door Honda Accord and after years of service the engine is out of its brain. So there are a few options
1) scrap it, I would but Id get nothing for it and its a good little car the books all up to date and if someone scratches it who cares
2) repair it Thai style (sorry but I have never seen an Engine Built in Thailand that lasted more than a month or two and you never get a refund + its a slow engine anyway
3) pimp my ride, Cheap quick fix spend under 50,000 on here and see what we have at the end of it
So we are going to put a Honda H22A Engine in her
This engine is easy to find in Pattaya and Bangkok it comes out of Accord and Prelude
It produces 187 bhp to 217 bhp depending on the car it came out of

- Found in the Japanese 5th gen Accord SiR Wagon (CF2). It produces 190 PS (140 kW; 187 hp) @ 6,800 rpm & 152 ft·lbf (206 N·m) @ 5,500 rpm and comes with a black valvecover.
The reason we picked this engine is because it is far cheaper than the Honda K engines that are being snaped up for racing in Thailand. I have been told we will get an engine for 25,000 baht but will correct the price once ive been to Bangkok for a look round.
The other things to sort out will be a good set of brakes and the suspention is in need of a make over.
